Since 2014, CTC Psychological Services is an Ofsted registered Adoption Support Agency.

We have a wealth of experience in working with Local Authorities in relation to Adoption Support and Children Looked After. We provide a wide range of skilled and specialised services, including psychological assessment, therapy, training and consultancy.

Our service consists of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team of Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors and support staff. Our team approach successfully integrates a wide range of established and contemporary psychotherapeutic and psychological theories, underpinned by our understanding of the individual and unique psychological needs of our clients.

Much of our service provision involves working with or in relation to children, the prime objective being the welfare of the child. Safeguarding is paramount, and child protection considerations are incorporated into our practice.

We are contracted by the Health Service, Social Services, Fostering and Adoption Services and Schools to provide therapeutic intervention and support to adults, children, families and couples.

We all have important things in common, yet we each have unique qualities and experiences. At CTC, we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which you and your therapist can share, explore and better understand your thoughts, feelings, patterns of behaviour and relationships.

CTC’s qualified and accredited therapists have many years of training and experience, and can provide therapy services to individuals, couples and families with a wide variety of presenting issues.

If you have any questions, and would like to speak to us before you make an appointment, please telephone or email (click the contact link) and we will get in touch to discuss how best we can meet your needs before you decide on therapy.
